Michael Goldberg’s experience teaching other attorneys about the intricacies of truck accident litigation was invaluable in writing the current edition of Understanding Motor Carrier Claims. Michael is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and is the co-chair of the Motor Carrier Seminar conducted through the ICLE division of the State Bar. Michael is often called in by other attorneys to handle complex trucking cases and to take them through trial.
