Comments from our Trucking Accident Attorneys
Truck drivers are taught to reduce speeds and keep a vigilant lookout for vehicles on roadways that are heavily trafficked like Highway 78. Most accidents occur because the truck driver is either driving too fast or not providing enough space between his tractor-trailer and the vehicle in front of him. Rear-end collisions are always preventable if the truck driver has received the proper training and follows the rules of the road. We have handled several rear-end collisions involving tractor trailers. You can see our case results by clicking here.
